1

Watch a BrainPOP Movie

Check out Fitness and Mindfulness on BrainPOP, or for kids K-3, discover Exercise and Mindfulness on BrainPOP Jr.

2

Strike a Pose!

Print out our Moby alphabet or pull it up on a screen and challenge kids to copy Moby’s poses to spell the letters of their name with their bodies. (Don’t forget to stretch! And be sure to take creative liberties; we would be very worried if you could accomplish a “Q”.)

Tip: Make Adjustments!

To make the activity just right for your kids, encourage them to hold on to furniture or balance on their own if they can.

3

Make a Plan

After trying Moby’s poses, encourage kids to create their own poses for each letter OR create their own at-home workout.

Tip: Set a Time Limit!

What would a 3- or 5- or 7-minute workout look like? Can any of Moby’s alphabet poses be included?

4

Sharing is Caring

Encourage your kids to create a weekly exercise plan using their new workout plan, and have them share it with family and friends!
